SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped on Monday’s to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible. By doing this, your cookies should arrive to you quickly to keep from being held up in a postal facility.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, average delivery times are 2-3 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Black Owned Vegan Treats does not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Tracking information doesn’t always update in real-time. Shipping providers sometimes delay updating the tracking locations. However, know that your cookies are still on the way and your package is probably further along than it looks.

What if I accidentally input the wrong shipping address?

Please email us at: hello@bovtreats.com as soon as possible! If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
 

Can I include a note with my order?

Of course! The “Notes” feature will be available on our site soon. In the meantime, give us a heads up by sending a message to hello@bovtreats.com with what you’d like the note to say. Please make sure that we respond to your email confirming we’ve received your note and information before placing the order to prevent any miscommunication.

Will the price appear on the order?

No, the shipping label does not include the price or receipt of payment.

What if I want my order shipped and delivered on a certain date?

Our schedule has been set to allow us to ship all orders on Monday’s. Because of that, we cannot guarantee what day your order may arrive. Please consider placing orders for a specific occasion/holiday at least one week prior…and allow even more time if we are experiencing delays. 

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

We are unable to accept returns. If you have experienced an issue with your order, please email us at: hello@bovtreats.com.
